Joe Dibiase’s team provided great service again, even though I’m dialing with a faulty manufactured unit. I look forward to the day where they will only have to perform just routine maintenance. Overall however very high grades.
Louis did a great job as usual. Found a bad switch quickly and replaced it without issues.
Kurt and his team did a great job replacing a defective coil that was under warranty in a timely manner and without additional cost.
Response from DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company:
Phil, thank you for review and thank you for trusting us to service your unit!
Kurt did great. However being charged $160 extra on top of the $84 for the visit is totally unfair. And that is for a spliced wire. No parts or anything else. If that doesn’t get severely reduced, I will be looking for a different vendor. Because the trust will be broken.
Arrived on time, could not have been more professional, Excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent service, kept me informed & very professional.
I called many heating companies to come out and check my unit but DiBiase heating within an hour called me back and got my heat working again. It's only been about an hour since they worked on it but my home is heated again with no problems. Thank you guys again for doing a great job. Definitely 5 star satisfaction rating.
Reviewed old boiler setup and radiation in home for replacement. Bethany would like to move boiler from other home over to this home. Need to confirm sizing and information from other boiler before quoting a price for work.
Dropped off a 18x30x1 Air Filter and left between the screen door and the front door. Customer was not home at this time. No additional follow up needed.
Arrived to assess no heat issue. Found error code history and active error code to be EE0 (Incomplete ignition). Cycled furnace and found that burners were not tinting at all. Removed burners, cleaned burner face surface and in between crossover ports of rust. Tested operations in high fire and low fire. Burners are now lighting across and trial for ignition successfully completing. Also verified inducer draft usuing manometer and flame rectification circuit. Recommend upgrading burners to stainless steel which are now available from manufacturer. Also left estimate to replace burners with equivalent standard burners (not stainless steel; labor only) For the time being burners/furnace is operating well, but burners will become corroded enough again that this can recur.
Arrived to find master bedroom mini split leaking from condensate pump, made sure line was clear and found the line was pinched putting strain on the motor which caused the pump to leak at a seal. Need to return with condensate pump to resolve issue and do maintenance on the systems.
Performed precision a/c tune up on amana heat pump system. Replaced 14x30x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Checked temperature split. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of service.
Performed precision oil tune up on Weil McLain oil boiler. Replaced nozzle. Replaced garbar model r oil filter. Brushed and cleaned very dirty oil boiler. Found chimney was completely covered in soot. Told homeowner to have chimney professionally cleaned and inspected. Performed smoke and combustion test. Oil boiler is working fine at time of service.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high voltage connections ok replaced air filter 401, flushed drain test pump ok, check airflow supply and return air ok blower motor and cap ok, outdoor unit refrigerant pressures contactor ok found capacitor reading below tolerance provided an estimate to replace capacitor and install super boost customer approved repairs, replaced capacitor and add super boost to system cycle ac unit ok, provided an estimate to replace condensation pump and vinyl tubing Replacement of capacitor and super boost Replacement of air filter. Would recommend Start thinking on system replacement due age
Found oil furnace locked out at the primary control . Hit reset button and oil furnace tried to fire immediately. Oil pump has an oil valve on top and was opening immediately. Found 120 v going to oil valve even when primary control was locked out on reset. Replaced primary control with electronic universal control. Also replaced junked up .85x60 a nozzle and performed combustion test. Oil furnace is working fine at time of service.
AC Tune Up 2.5 Ton Trane system Measured temperature split. Measured static pressure. Checked all wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Checked drain. Both coils are in good condition. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. 16x25x1 Filter ok Air conditioner is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
Arrived to do 6mo ac maintenance, checked thermostat, checked filter, checked temperature split, checked and tightened all electrical connections, cleaned and primed ez trap, checked compressor amp draw and condenser fan motor amp draw, checked refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time.
Arrived to do a heating maintenance and address a loud vibration sound from the system. Found the sound was cause from the bottom of the unit vibrating from pulling in air. Secured this to keep it from making a sound. Then we went ahead and did the maintenance which we found the igniter had signs of wear on it which was the white patch from where it’s hot spotting, then checked and cleaned the burners which are not aligned correctly and are rusted in between the burners not allowing for full flame carry over on every attempt to light and not always allowing for flame rectification. Checked the rest of the system and ensured all electrical connections and components were tight, checked combustion analysis and temperature split. System is currently working. Also checked the hot water heater and found the expansion was waterlogged and the hot water heater is 15 yrs old, so we recommended replacement of either the expansion tank or the hot water heater Also recommended an igniter and b
Heat tune up for 80KBTU 2-stage propane furnace. Made call for heat from thermostat. Visual inspection of heat exchanger and burners: Good Checked hot surface ignitor resistance and looked for cracks during start up. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked pressure switches and components. Checked all wiring/electric motors and components. Measured static pressure. Measured temperature rise. Combustion draft test:Good Found lead on low pressure switch was lose. Secured connection Found return static pressure of .46†which is high. Also saw error code in CoolCloud “Blower motor operating outside Limitsâ€. Which indicates controls shut system down on a few occasion as a result of high return static. Strongly recommend adding a return to establish design condition. Had conversation with homeowner and he informed us that these error codes occurred during a bathroom remodel during which the remodelers blocked off return. Dining room is probably the best place to add a return. Furnace is o
Found CoreSense module with red “Trip/Lock†led. Two flashes. Checked 45-5uF capacitor reading 32uF between Common and HERM. Replaced 45-5uF capacitor. Changed Honeywell T6 Pro WiFI stat to lock electric heat out above 40F in system setup options. unit Locked out on low pressure. I did charge the system to design conditions but stuck with system making a secon call for heat. Lo side pressure dropped from 96 to 68 at this time. Did an electronic leak search and found leak at liquid line service valve near Schrader. Replaced shraeder core. Tested system. 98F Supply 67FReturn Pressures 95/351. System is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
